OpenTalk at the 9th Saxon Public Procurement Dialogue
The event series "Saxon Public Procurement Dialogue" was created in 2013 together with the Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Transport as a forum for the exchange of information and opinions on public procurement law.
Daniel Zielke, Director of Strategic Partnerships at OpenTalk and Heinlein Support, will ask "Open source, digital sovereignty and public procurement - do they go together?" in his presentation at the event. He will show how public clients can use the argument of digital sovereignty to procure open source software in a targeted manner and in compliance with procurement law and what they should look out for in the tender.
