OpenTalk presentation at FOSS Backstage
FOSS Backstage is dedicated to everything related to FOSS governance and open collaboration. Over the course of the two-day conference, topics related to community management, vendor neutrality and the governance of non-discretionary projects will be discussed. Conference topics include best practices for managing open source projects, community management, open source project metrics, open source strategies and the adoption of open source collaboration in organizations, legal issues surrounding open source, and more. The sixth edition of FOSS Backstage will focus on the non-technical aspects of successful open source projects.
