Terms of use for logos, images & graphics of OpenTalk GmbH

Concerning any visual material associated with OpenTalk GmbH, permission to use the logos, drawings, and images presented on this website is granted under the following terms:

1. The copying of images, drawings, or logos for commercial distribution or commercial use is only permitted with the prior written consent of OpenTalk GmbH.
2. When using any of our material, the source must be attributed, e.g.: "Courtesy of OpenTalk GmbH" or "Source: OpenTalk GmbH".
3. Any modification of, addition to, or other kind of manipulation of our logos is not permitted. In the event of misuse we reserve the right to revoke our consent for others to use this material.
4. OpenTalk GmbH reserves the right to revoke its consent for use of our visual material if we find that it is being used in a way that runs contrary to the interests of the company, or if the specified terms are not being followed properly.
5. In connection with our given consent, OpenTalk GmbH does not assume any guarantees or liabilities with respect to any of the materials being free of the rights of third parties.
