Update for OpenTalk: More functions, improved user-friendliness

The latest version of the OpenTalk video conferencing solution is now available, offering new features and improvements that make video conferences even smoother and more productive. Discover the key new features and optimizations of OpenTalk here:
Participant Management
Moderators can now change participants' names directly via the participant list. This feature is particularly useful for quickly correcting typos or misspelled names.
A new, user-friendly dialog for recurring meetings has also been introduced. Moderators can now precisely set recurrence frequencies and define end dates for series meetings, making the management of such meetings significantly easier.
Moderators can also display all relevant information about a meeting next to the conference title by selecting this option when creating the meeting in the dashboard.
Another feature allows moderators to send participants to a waiting room and bring them back later. This facilitates temporary decisions during a meeting.
Moderators can also globally mute participants' microphones. This is particularly useful for maintaining control over audio settings in certain scenarios, such as training sessions or moderated discussions.
User-Friendliness
Confirmation windows can now be closed in various ways: by pressing the Escape key, clicking outside the window, or using the X in the top right corner.
In polls, participants have the option to change their minds before confirming their final choice with a button click.
The moderator view has been optimized so that polls and votes are now fully usable on mobile devices, even on smaller devices like tablets. The close buttons have been made accessible, ensuring that screen readers fully support them.
Moderators now receive comprehensive notifications about whom they granted which rights to and when during the web conference.
Improved Navigation
The display of who has raised their hand and when is now more reliable and clearer.
On mobile devices, particularly in the Safari browser, the mobile navigation bar has been improved: The missing logo and dropdown menu are now back and fully functional.
The user guidance for keyboard users has been further improved, allowing participants with disabilities to benefit from an optimized personal navigation bar.
